ON THE FLY
ON THE FLY is a flyswatter designed with On’s PU leather. While selecting an object seemingly distant from On’s product line, the design retains the material’s freedom and durability. Point-attractor and image-sampler techniques generate its pattern, transforming a simple tool into something more approachable and enjoyable to use.
On Kim
On Kim is an industrial designer whose work focuses on various materials and the forms that follow them. He runs the independent practice Studio Burr and teaches industrial design as an adjunct professor at Hongik University.
