Silent Forest

Silent Forest is a set of balancing tumbler mobiles that translates forest wind into a kinetic object. Lightweight ripstop fabric becomes tree-shaped wings while a weighted base adopts the tumbler mechanism. Three trees—Pine, Cedar, and Holly—ripple in the breeze and elegantly regain their balance. As small sculptures in motion, they bring a quiet sensory experience of the forest indoors.
