Void, with its interplay of shadow through form and formlessness, straight and curved lines, serves as both an object and an ideal vessel for something meaningful. The understated elegance of its matte white porcelain brings warmth and tranquility to any space. Inspired by SongEun’s spiral ramp, Void is characterized by its subtly concave surface, seamlessly connected lines, and simplicity hidden within its form.
Carson Hong
Carson Hong is the founder of ATELIER CARSON, a design office established in 2018 specializing in product, space, and strategy. He presents wide-ranging designs from homeware to environments in collaboration with global brands and individual clients. He served as Creative Director of Yido and Director of Design at First Canvas. Carson holds a master’s degree in Design for Luxury and Craftsmanship from ECAL in Lausanne and a B.S. in Design Management from Yonsei University in Seoul.
